The 40STD series module water source heat pump unit is produced by H.Stars (Guangzhou) Refrigerating Equipment Group Ltd., based on the original water source heat pump unit, retains the traditional advantages of the original unit, and increases the modular control method. One master can also achieve independent operation of a single unit. At present, there are two standard specifications of the crew, with a cooling range of 950kW ~ 1100KW. According to the user's needs, the same specification can be combined into a module, or different specifications can be combined into a module. The cooling range of the module combination is 950kW ~ 7500KW. The temperature adjustment range of frozen water is 5 ~ 20 ° C, and the temperature of the highest water out of the hot water is 50 ° C. In addition to the standard specifications, various non -standard units can be customized according to user requirements.

Function Description

Scroll Water Source Heat Pump Unit adopts the scroll compressor which is specific for heat pump function. 

The water source heat pump can be used for cooling and heating, one machine with multiple purposes: one system can replace the boilers and the air conditioning units two systems; it reduces the initial investment of equipment while greatly reducing energy consumption. No boiler room system is required for heating and no cooling tower is required for cooling. No pollution and no emissions during use.

Cooling capacity range: 34kw~320kw 

Heating capacity range: 39.5kw~388kw 

During cooling, the minimum water output temperature of chilled water is 5 ? . 

During heating, the maximum output temperature of hot water is 50? .

Economic Benefit

Scroll Water Source Heat Pump Unit can meet the needs of heating and cooling at the same time, and the energy efficiency of the unit is 50% higher than the air-cooled unit. It can meet the application of most markets, and also reduce the initial investment of equipment. The total investment is only 60% of the traditional air-cooled chiller air-conditioning system. 

Because the system is simple, the unit runs stably and the maintenance cost is low. 

According to customer project requirements, heat recovery unit and frequency converter can be included.
