The water cooled scroll chiller 20STB Series Industrial Water Chillers are specially designed and manufactured for industrial production processes cooling. All models are equipped with chilled water storage tank and chilled water circulating pump. It can be used in parallel or modules with multiple units and installed in the production workshop. Units of 20WXI and above models are equipped with multiple compressors and equipped with multi-stage energy regulation, and are capable of supplying cold water centrally and are suitable for the small and mediumsized production sites.

Compressor

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
The copper tube of the evaporator adopts 1.1mm thick copper heat exchange tube, which ensures that all products meet the high requirements of high efficiency, energy saving, safety, strong antifouling ability and durability. According to the customer's use conditions and water quality factors, different materials of heat exchange tubes can be selected, and the fouling coefficient can be increased to enhance the heat exchange efficiency, ensuring the high efficiency and energy saving and service life of the unit. It is independently designed and manufactured with strict quality control. Syarat & Ketentuan Pengembalian Product
1. Produk original SWEP, CAREL, SPORLAN, PARKER dan HUBA CONTROL dan bergaransi resmi yang dibeli dari Jual Komponen
2. Kondisi Barang lengkap termasuk kotak dan stiker Garansi yang masih utuh, garansi void apabila kerusakan disebabkan oleh kesalahan / kelalaian pemakaian layaknya terdapat cacat fisik seperti colokan patah , kabel patah atau kerusakan lain yang terlihat secara kasat mata, bekas terkena cairan, terbakar, berbau hangus, dan lain-lain
3. Wajib menyertakan Video yang menunjukkan kerusakan produk jika diperlukan
4. Produk yang di claim garansi akan di QC terlebih dahulu oleh team kami pada saat barang diterima, jika ada terdapat indikasi kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh Human Error maka proses klaim tidak dapat dipenuhi dan Barang akan kami kembalikan kepada customer (setelah dibayarkan ongkos kirim oleh customer)
5. Kami berhak menolak jika ada salah satu syarat yang tidak terpenuhi sebagai syarat kelengkapan claim
6. Jika model/seri barang yang diklaim sudah discontinue / kosong, maka kami berhak menawarkan upgrade ke model baru dengan estimasi biaya tambahan yang akan diinfokan terlebih dahulu untuk disetujui
7. Khusus untuk produk yang tidak memiliki garansi, jika terdapat kendala pada produk pada saat diterima oleh customer yang dimana produk tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Maka kami akan membantu melakukan penukaran produk tersebut (*S&K) jika customer melaporkan kepada kami dalam kurun waktu 2x24jam setelah produk diterima oleh customer yang akan kami cek berdasarkan tracking resi pengiriman

Untuk beberapa jenis layanan pengiriman, yaitu INSTANT COURIER, SAMEDAY, maupun EXPRES, kami memahami bahwa anda sudah membayar lebih untuk layanan tersebut, namun masalah pengantaran paket, khususnya pengaturan waktu kapan paket sampai kepada anda sudah diluar kendali kami. Order yang masuk kami proses sesuai jadwal yang telah kami infokan di catatan "Jadwal Pengiriman" .
Perlu kami sampaikan bahwa segala jenis komplain pengajuan pembatalan pesanan maupun refund terkait keterlambatan pengiriman, dengan berat hati akan kami tolak. Namun kami akan tetap bantu push pihak ekspedisi untuk sesegera mungkin mengantarkan paket kepada anda.
